Goodison Cider Mill

Set about a quarter-mile north of the Paint Creek Cider Mill, off Orion Rd., the Goodison Cider Mill is a local favorite open from the end of August until Christmas Eve.  Goodison prides itself on pressing apples for cider the old-fashioned way with its traditional, century-old presses.  Also, home to their famous renowned pistachio nut bread, Goodison offers a wide variety of tasty fall treats, such as donuts, jams, hand-dipped apples, honey, and more!  Who can resist such delicious, homemade treats from right in your backyard?

Rochester Cider Mill

Right on the corner of 23 Mile Rd. and Dequindre Rd., Yates Cider Mill is one of the most well-known walking trails and cider mills in Rochester.  With the Clinton River flowing through the lush greens over the Yates Dam, Yates Cider Mill’s inception dates all the way back to 1863 with equally historic means to produce the most premium cider around.  As the weeks of fall progress, more and more apples ripen and are blended for a more rounded flavor.  While they might be known for their premium pressed cider, Yates also features activities for the whole family to enjoy, like a petting zoo, light shopping, and a gorgeous trail along the river.

Long Family Orchard, Farm & Cider Mill

The Long Family Orchard, Farm & Cider Mill is a long-standing, family-owned staple for all the harvested fruits and vegetables you desire.  Settled in Commerce Township on the corner of Bogie Lake Rd. and Commerce Rd., the farm features two distinct destinations: One end of the farm includes the cider mill, a massive corn maze, and apple and pumpkin picking; the other end of the farm includes a farm stand selling harvested corn, asparagus, shelled peas, and other delicious, homegrown garden vegetables.  They even offer a drive-thru service for fast pickup and additional safety for their guests!
